Vendors

If you are a vendor, please refer to the following most commonly asked vendor questions for more information about the Homespun Christmas and Craft Fair.

1. Do I need a sales permit for the craft fair? If you sell hand crafts CA state law requires those who sell handcrafted goods even temporarily to have a sales permit. If you sell AVON, Tupperware, etc. you are exempted from a sales permit as a 6015 Retailer. All vendors of handcrafts will have to provide us with a sales permit.

2. Do we have to be there the whole time? No. Vendors may leave early or intermittently as needed but we do ask that if you can not be there the majority of the time -especially during the peak hours of 10am to 4pm - that you consider not registering and leaving the limited space we have available for someone else who can.

3. Is there heat? Yes.

4. Will this be promoted? Yes. We will be promoting this event through local schools, social media, radio, print and signage.

5. Do we have to tear down our booths each night? No. All vendors are allowed to leave their booths and displays up both days. The building is completely locked, secured and watched by the fairgrounds staff.

Consumers

If you are a consumer, please refer to the following most commonly asked consumer questions for more information about the Homespun Christmas and Craft Fair.

1. Do we have to pay admission? No. The admission is FREE as is our photos with Santa. Those who wish to eat with Santa Claus will need to pay for their breakfast.

2. Are the kids activities free? Yes. Each year the Homespun Christmas and Craft Fair has some kids activities to entertain them while their parents are shopping. These included a Christmas movie area and crafting station.

3. Can we drop off our kids? No. Parents must be on the premises at all times even when leaving their kids in the designated kid areas. Parents may not leave their children at the Homespun Craft Fair unattended. Children that do not have adult supervision may be prohibited from entering the event.

4. Will you offer wrapping? This year we will have a wrapping station in order to assist shoppers from purchase to presentation.

5. What else is there to do? Besides all the great shopping opportunities and exhibits we hold hourly raffles and many other family fun activities.
